New Benefits for 2008-09

This page contains information about our new benefit plans beginning
October 1, 2008. EVERYONE MUST RE-ENROLL IN ALL PLANS THIS YEAR. Open Enrollment will run from From August 4th - August 28th for staff on contract before September. See enrollment session information below. Packets will be mailed to home addresses for those off-contract on via campus mail for those on-contract.  We ask that you hold your questions until August 4th or email us at HR@cocc.edu with "benefits" or "insurance" in the subject line. We will respond to questions as we have time before the 4th.

PLAN RATES - Employee Contributions

Enrollment Meetings. Following are the dates and times of our scheduled Enrollment Meetings. All meetings will be held in BEC 151.   Dates, times and locations will be announced for Redmond Campus meetings.



August 11, ~~9-12 and~~  from 1-4 (updated to afternoon only) (drop in session)

August 12, 9-12 (drop in session)

August 25, 2-4:30 (Redmond Campus)

September 12, 1-4 for any off-contract employees who have not enrolled.
    (insurance reps will be present again for this final session)
